JUMP TO BEGIN BUILDING YOUR LIST:
Here at TBT we want to help you make the most out of your upcoming gynecology and fertility visits.
You may not know what to ask, so as a clinician I’m here to help you brainstorm.
Often my patients would come in for their annual exam with 1,000,000 questions and
I wouldn't have time to answer all of them.
The first step in making the most out of your visit is understanding how the healthcare system in America is set up and reimbursement works.
After all, as annoying as it is, we’ve gotta play by the rules to get what we want in healthcare visits.
For example–an annual exam by definition, is a preventative visit.
This is intended for a pap smear, breast exam, and easy conversations about contraceptive management, health care–but is not for in depth questions about things like infertility management.
So, if you have in depth questions it's better to make a different appointment to ensure that your provider has time and the ability to address your thoughts and concerns!
this is critical: if you book the right appointment, you’re far more likely to get what you need out of your visit!
STEP 1:
Start with a shortlist of commonly asked questions based on your situation.
Then, you’ll select the relevant questions and receive your personalized planner via email and PDF.
If you’d like to start with our full question library, or are interested in adding questions from more than one category to your list, select the “Full Question Library” option.
